Leak Detection - We are Certified Leak Professionals
Electronic Leak Detection can locate pin hole size holes in a matter of minutes. It could take you hours or days and you still may not be able to locate an evasive hole. Scuba divers are extremely expensive and can't guarantee they can find the hole. We can establish if the leak is repairable or non-repairable, such as, a non-repairable split in the seam where the two sections of the vinyl are joined together.
Don't let a small hole turn into a huge expensive problem later. Save money on liner replacements and water bills. Get peace of mind knowing that the leaks have been located and you and your family can start to enjoy swimming again.
Pool Leak Symptoms
Water level in pool is dropping faster then normal which can not be attributed to splash out or evaporation. Large leaks are obvious due to substantial water loss of 2-7 inches within 24 hours. For this type of leak you are aware that you have a problem somewhere in the pool. However the smaller leaks present a much more difficult challenge not only because of the size of the leak, because you are unable to determine if the pool is truly leaking or is the water loss just evaporation.
Believe it or not the smaller leaks in a pool are usually the leaks that are the most costly to pool owners due to the fact that they go undetected for months. The cost starts as an increase in water usage, sanitizers, water balancer chemicals, and so on. Leaks can also cause irreparable damage to pool structures, frames, walls, and pool foundations if left undetected for long periods of time. Simple leak repairs required to stop a leak can untimely save you Thousands of dollars in repairs that could have been avoided.
Here are a few common areas that leaks can occur: Filter hoses/connections, Skimmer/ return gaskets and Pumps. If you have inspected these areas and have not found any issues then we suggest doing a bucket test.
Bucket test Procedure:
*If you require leak test your pool must be vacuumed and clean. We can not test the pool if the pool is green and full of debris.
